How fast is my order processed?
All in-stock orders are shipped within 2 to 10 business days from receipt of your order and will be fulfilled by each individual vendor. If any of your items are not in stock, the vendor will put your order on hold until the entire order is ready for shipment. If you provide your email address when ordering, you will receive an order confirmation, as well as shipping notification via email.
When will I receive my order?
For items delivered within the continental US, you should expect to receive your order within 5 to 10 business days. Actual shipping times may vary, depending on vendor locality and carrier transit time.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping within the continental US.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Box or FPO/APO addresses. We are currently unable to accept orders destined for Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What shipping methods are available?
At this time only standard shipping is available. Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, ARAMEX or an assigned LTL company.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, shipping rates are based on the total price of your order. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible for these additional fees. You should contact your local customs office for further information. For daily Canadian exchange rate figures, please check with your credit card company.
