Stretch and Cover (SNC) Product Line - RETURN POLICY
At Stretch and Cover, we want you to shop in confidence. If you choose to return your selection, we'll cheerfully refund the purchase price or credit your account if the return is within the guidelines of our return policy.
Return Policy
- For trial purposes we suggest placing a sheet over your furniture before trying on your slipcover - We will NOT accept returns or issue a credit if products are returned stained, soiled, torn, laundered, dirty, covered with pet hair or damaged in any other way. Cigarette or laundry odor will also prevent us from crediting or exchanging goods. Items must be returned in saleable condition.
- All products must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date of your order, in good saleable condition, in the original packaging to ensure credit – Returns received after 30 days of the shipping date will not be eligible for credit and will not be returned to the customer. If it is determined that returned items are unfit for resale and the customer chooses to have the items returned, the shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Clearance items are not eligible for return.
- Decorative Pillows are not eligible for return.
- Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. To return an item you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Log in to My Account with your username and password, view the order you want to return, and request an RA# on the website. You may also call 1-888-818-0928 or email us at info@stretchandcover.com for assistance in returning your merchandise. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Canadian customers are responsible for all additional return shipping charges including duties and or local taxes. We do not accept C.O.D.’s.
- For your own protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post to return goods.
- Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method (with any applicable taxes) less original shipping and handling charges.
- For credit card refunds please allow one to two statements for credit to appear.
- Refunds or exchanges can take up to 4 weeks to process from the date of receipt of return at the Stretch & Cover Warehouse. For credit card orders, please allow one or two statements for credit to appear.

- Please return a copy of your invoice/packing slip with your return. Please mark Return or Exchange. Please keep a copy for your records.

Maytex (MAY) Product Line - RETURN POLICY
Damaged or Wrong Item Shipped
We request that you not accept any parcel you have received in damaged condition from the shipping company.
If you have received any closed parcel in damaged condition, please notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Please email photographs of the damaged items to info@stretchandcover.com. Maytex will issue a call tag to pick up the product and will cover the cost of the return shipping charges. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. A replacement product will be sent, if the claim of damage or mis-shipment is substantiated.
Returns for Non-Damaged Goods, Size, or Color Matches
Maytex accepts returns for goods which do not fit your size or color requirements. Your request for return should requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please make sure that the returned goods are packed appropriately so that they do not get damaged during transit. Ship returns to: Stretch and Cover Warehouse, 201 Oak St, Unit 6, Pembroke, MA 02359. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
The Home Centric (THC) Product Line - RETURN POLICY
Damaged Goods
We request that you not accept any parcel you have received in damaged condition from the shipping company.
If you have received any closed parcel in damaged condition, the total value of the order will be refunded. Please notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Please email photographs of the damaged items to urvi@thehomecentric.com. The returned parcel should reach us within 15 days from the day we agreed to your damage claim. The refunds will be issued within 3 days from date of receipt of damaged parcel. We will cover the cost of the return shipping charges, not exceeding the shipping charge you were originally charged at the time you placed the order.
A free replacement can be sent, if the claim of damage is agreed.
Returns for Non-Damaged Goods, Size, or Color Matches
We accept returns for goods which do not fit your size or color requirements. Your request for return should reach us within 48 hours of receiving the order. The returned goods need to shipped back to our address in India, which we will provide once we have accepted your request for return. The buyer must cover the return shipping charges. The following amounts will also be deducted from your order value before processing the refunds:
- Restocking Fees: 20% of the total order value.
- Shipping Cost: the cost you were charged at the time you placed the order.
Please make sure that the returned goods are packed appropriately so that they do not get damaged during transit. The refunds will be issued within 3 days from date of receipt of parcel. Your payment will be refunded only if the product reaches us in healthy and non-used condition. No refunds will be processed if the parcel reaches us in damaged condition.
Please send us the tracking details once you have shipped back the parcel.
Blazing Needles (BLZ) Product Line - RETURN POLICY
Blazing Needles Inc. makes every effort to fill your orders accurately with quality pre-tested products. All sales are final, due to the nature of the packing process.
If, in the rare instance, you find defective merchandise in any shipment, you must contact Stretch and Cover within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Claims of product defects must be substantiated with sufficient documentation in order to warrant a return.
We will not accept returns for any other reason than manufacturer error or defect.
Sure Fit Product Line - RETURN POLICY
Exchange/Return of Furniture Covers/Pillows
To return an item you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and UPS return label. For a RA#, please visit Sure Fit.com and click "Returns" or call 800-914-8701. For a UPS return shipping label, please call 800-914-8701 and one will be mailed to you promptly. After receiving your UPS return label, simply apply the UPS label to your package and drop it off at a UPS drop box, UPS Store, or any authorized UPS shipping outlet. Please indicate your assigned RA# on the reverse side of the packing slip and on the carton next to the UPS label.
If you are returning an item and shipping from Canada, please call 800-914-8701 for return instructions.
Credit will not be issued nor will an exchange be processed for any product that has not been received by the Sure Fit Returns Department or received without a return authorization number (RA#).
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A return processing fee equal to the original shipping and handling charge will be assessed for all returns. Orders placed during free or discounted shipping promotions will be charged a return processing fee in the amount that would have been charged for shipping and handling during non-promotional shipping conditions.
- Items must be returned in a clean, saleable condition within 30 days of the original ship date with original packaging and paperwork to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Sure Fit will not accept items that have pet hair, or that are worn, misused, stained, soiled or laundered.
- Items received after 30 days of original ship date will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and will not be returned to the customer.
- Items altered by the customer, including removal of care or law labels , may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Items that are on clearance may not be returned.
- Pillows may not be returned.
- Personalized products may not be returned.
- Any item sold in sets must be returned in sets for a refund or exchange. Partial refunds or exchanges will not be made for partial returns of sets.
You can expect your refund within 4 weeks from the time you mail your return to Sure Fit Inc. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for credit to appear.
Eligible exchanges will be processed according to the exchange request. Additional merchandise charges and/or associated taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is free for all exchanges although, the returned items are subject to a return processing fee.
Full credit will be given for items with manufacturer defects pending an inspection by our Quality Assurance Department.
