How fast is my order processed?
All in-stock orders are shipped within two to three business days. If you require special arrangements, please call our customer care department at 1-888-785-5486 or email us at info@stretchandcover.com.and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you provide your email address when ordering, you will receive an order confirmation, as well as shipping notification via email.
When will I receive my order?
All in-stock items are shipped within two to three business days from receipt of your order via UPS Ground.
For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within 5 to 7 business days, (Shipping times may vary, depending on UPS transit time and service requested).
We ship from Gardena, California.
What are the shipping charges?
Delivery charges will be calculated automatically when you proceed to the checkout .We are not responsible for Duties and Taxes on international orders.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) standard ground transportation. We also offer UPS Express Shipping; 3 day, 2 day or next day, at an additional cost. You can view these charges at checkout.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is only available within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
All standard slipcover orders are shipped via UPS.

Swatches are shipped US Postal Services.
Notes:

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world via USPS International (EMS - United States Postal Service).
When you place your order online, shipping charges will be displayed for your order.
