Return Policy
  1. For your own trial purposes we suggest to place a sheet over your furniture before trying the slipcover on.


  2. To return an item you must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and we will provide you with one and the address where the package has to be sent.


  3. Request for RA# should be done at info@stretchandcover.com.


  4. Please mark the appropriate reason for returning as well as your intention, Exchange or Refund in the invoice/packing list we sent to you. Enclose one copy of the packing list or invoice with the item. Be sure to keep one copy of the packing list or invoice for your personal records.


  5. We will neither accept returns nor credit customers if products are returned in the following conditions: stained, soiled, abused, torn, laundered, dirty, covered with pet hair or damaged in any other possible way. Cigarette or laundry odor will also prevent us from crediting or exchanging goods. Items must be returned in saleable condition.


  6. All products must be returned within the next 30 days of the shipping date of your order, in good saleable condition, in their original packaging, with all their accessories and the return form attached to ensure credit.


  7. Returns received passed 30 days of the shipping day will not be eligible for credit and will not be returned to the customer.


  8. Custom-made-cushion-covers and Pottery Barn covers are NOT returnable nor refundable.


  9. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Canadian customers are responsible for all additional return shipping charges including duties and or local taxes, We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.


  10. For your own protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post to return goods.


  11. Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method (with any applicable taxes) less original shipping and handling charges.


  12. For credit card refunds please allow one to two statements for credit to appear.


  13. Refunds or exchanges can take up to 4 weeks to process. For credit card orders, please allow one or two statements for credit to appear.

Refunds & Credits
  1. We will process your credit in the same form of payment originally used for purchase or with a check.
  2. All returns are processed by our Quality Control Dept. within 7 business days of receipt.
  3. Please allow 4 weeks or one to two statements cycle to see your credit.
  4. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part, otherwise we will not refund the shipping and handling charges.
Note: We will not accept returns nor credit a customer if the product is stained, soiled, abused, torn, laundered, dirty, pet hair, cigarette odor, laundry odor, altered or any other damage caused by client.

All Clearance Items are FINAL sales and not returnable.
