Just wanted to let you know that I did receive my slipcover and though it was a bit late (thank you for adjusting the shipping charges) I couldn't be happier with it. I am attaching a photo (sorry it's not too good!) that shows how it looks almost custom made. I was amazed. I think having the cushion cover option makes all the difference, and unlike the company (who shall remain unnamed) that seems to supply only one size fits all slipcovers, Stretch and Cover's realization that not everyone has overstuffed furniture with huge rounded arms has finally provided a super solution for covering my old couch. I am not exaggerating when I say I've been looking for years for a reasonably priced slip cover and am so glad I found you all. I've already given your name to two others who loved the slipcover! Just FYI, it took some doing to find you online and you deserve to be at the top of any slipcover search. Also, your customer service department was great!

Had I just contacted your company ahead of time I would never have gotten the larger size for the middle cushion. The other four fit GREAT and my couch looks so good, can't wait for the last cover... No more blankets! I'm so happy with them. And at a fair price.

I received, today, my dining room chair slipcovers. I just couldn't be more pleased with how they fit and look. I was also very impressed with how nicely they were packaged. I absolutely LOVED the slipcovers that I bought and subsequently had to return to you. They were well-made, the fabric was beautiful and sturdy, but the problem was the size of my chair was too large for your largest slipcover.

There was nothing wrong whatsoever with your products. If my chairs/couches/etc. were of the correct size, I would definitely buy from you again.

Hi all,

Enjoying my slip cover and pillow covers - my mother did not recognize her own loveseat, fantastic.

Since it's cream, however, I do need to wash it. Can I put it in the washer - should I air dry it or can it go in the dryer? Is it a dry clean situation?

My overstuffed slipcover arrived yesterday and fits perfect! It looks like a brand new chair with the cover. Your product is terrific! I ordered 3 of this type cover and I have decided to put these three pieces of furniture in the same room.

We received the replacement (correct size) slipcover in time before our planned travel. I can't thank you enough for your prompt response, your patience, and your willingness to go that "extra step" in ensuring that you had a satisfied customer. As for the product itself -- we are delighted. The innovation in having a slipcover that works on a sofabed; i.e. you don't have to remove the entire slipcover to unfold the bed, is wonderful. The stretchy fabric is great and easy to work with. Your suggestion to change the slipcovers worked out fine -- we have lots of extra fabric on the back cushions, but again, the stretchy fabric makes tucking and folding easy and workable. I can't even say it enough. I searched and searched for a white stretch slip cover and you guys were the only ones who had it. Plus you had two separate cushion covers which really finished off the look. I have been decorating my living room using an Ethan Allen catalog as inspiration. Using this white slipcover, the couch looks just like the one from Ethan Allen. I keep walking by it and saying "Nice" every time I see it.
