Excess Fabric? Not a problem

Sofas, loveseats and chairs come in all shapes and sizes. And yourStretch & Cover slipcover is designed to fit most. So if it looks like your cover is too big, it really means that the piece of furniture you’re covering is on the smaller end of the spectrum.

Here’s what you do:

1. Locate the laces on the back of the cover. Pull and tie the laces together to enhance the cover’s fit. 2. Locate the laces under the skirt. 3. Pull and tiethe laces together. 4. Align the skirtto edge of corner.
5. Align the pleatskirt in the center. 6. You’re done!

CLIP LOCKS

Use the Elastic Clip Locks freely where extra tightness is needed. They are simple to use, easy to adjust, and will help you to perfectly dress your furniture. Position them underneath the furniture so they won’t be seen.

1. Lift lock from back small tip to open.
2. Make sure fabric is completely inside the clip.
3. Press down firmly to close.
4. Adjust the length as needed.

FOAM TUBES

Our Foam Tubes are made of a soft but durable material. Insert them deep into the crevices of your furniture to help keep your slipcover tucked
in tightly.

FOAM TUBES POSITIONING

Place the foam tubes along the armrests and backrest then tuck deeply into the crevices.
When placed under body weight pressure, the L Seam expands, causing the tube to “grab” the fabric and keep it in place. Because of its special blend, the fabric is able to “remember” where it was and return to its original place once that pressure is removed.

Tuck! Tuck! Tuck!

• Remember, it is normal to have excess fabric.
• As long as there is a place to tuck it, you should be able to style your slipcover successfully with little effort.
• Tuck back where the armrests meet the backrest by pulling the fabric toward the backrest and tucking it deep into the crevices.
• The deeper you tuck your fabric and Foam Tubes, the better the cover stays.
• Get help from a friend or relative, especially when positioning the Clip Locks under the furniture.
