Refunds & Credits

  1. We will process your credit in the same form of payment originally used for purchase or with a check.
  2. All returns are processed by our Quality Control Dept. within 7 business days of receipt. Please refer to: Returns and Exchanges.
  3. Please allow 4 weeks or one to two statements cycle to see your credit.
  4. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or a shipping error on our part, otherwise we will not refund the shipping and handling charges.

Note: We will not accept returns nor credit a customer if the product is stained, soiled, abused, torn, laundered, dirty, pet hair, cigarette odor, laundry odor, altered or any other damage caused by client.
You will be notified via email that your credit will be not issued. Either we can ship the cover back to you (at no cost) or if we do not hear from you within 30 days of our email we will dispose/donate the cover.
