Many thanks for the email. I loved your product - by far, the best "semi-customed" sofa cover I've tried (yours was the 5th in an attempt to find something.)
It was just the color that didn't work - too much of a yellow cast for my other furniture. I had a swatch and really thought it would work, but once it was 86" of the color, it didn't! I'll definitely keep your company in mind for any future needs.

I received my velvet cross-checked love seat cover already!
I'm so glad that I spoke with a customer service person because it fits like a glove. If I had followed the measurements shown on-line, I would have ordered the wrong size. Thanks for your assistance!!
Also, the color works perfectly with my sage colored wicker, etc. The color is really more of a sage then an olive, so I'm very pleased.

Thank you for the info......I too wished the slipcover had worked out....I just had a very stubborn Winged Back Chair which was a recliner Winged Back, and that is why I think I had the problem getting it to fit right. Also the shape of the arms seemed different than the regular Winged Chairs, so that didn't help either.
Had I had a normal T-cushion Winged Back chair, I know it would have looked great!
I will definitely keep you in mind when I have something else to cover.

Yes, I did receive the swatches and they tremendously helped me in making a decision towards a purchase. I have already ordered and received the two dining chair slipcovers and we have been enjoying them since.
The slipcovers look great on a set of counterstools that was handed down to us (and boy is the upholstery underneath the cover ungodly - didn't match our decor at all)! With a little web searching, I found exactly what I needed - color and fit!

Hi, there I have had a set of your dining chair covers for about 3 years now and I will need to replace them soon. In our last home our dining table and chairs were used on a daily basis and with two young children got spilled on quite a bit. They have been washed many times and are starting to look a bit worn out. I purchased the short medium diamond pattern that you have featured on your website and my main complaint is how difficult it has been to find a matching or coordinating table cloth for my dining room table. I would like to suggest that you sell coordinating and/or mix + match table cloths to go along with the dining chair cover material. I plan on purchasing a new set of dining chair covers before the holidays but I am nervous about not being able to find a table cloth that will go with them. Do you have any intention of selling coordinating table cloths in the near future? Do you have the ability to sell matching/coordinating material that I could buy and turn into a table cloth? And lastly, I have a suggestion. I think it would be great if you could add pictures of an actual dining room with your dining chair covers so that customers can get the full affect. Maybe also allow a section for Before and After Photos from your customers.
