Thank you for the info......I too wished the slipcover had worked out....I just had a very stubborn Winged Back Chair which was a recliner Winged Back, and that is why I think I had the problem getting it to fit right. Also the shape of the arms seemed different than the regular Winged Chairs, so that didn't help either.
Had I had a normal T-cushion Winged Back chair, I know it would have looked great!
I will definitely keep you in mind when I have something else to cover.

Thank you for this email. I just realized that you may be waiting on a return email from me to determine whether I would like a refund or an exchange. I would like to be refunded as I've decided to get a new couch rather than try to find a better slip cover (yours was, by far, the best).

Thank you for your email. We actually loved the slipcover itself, and thought it looked great on our couch, but the colour just didn't match our room as well as we had hoped. We have ordered another slipcover in a different colour from you guys.

Thank you for your timely shipment. I apologize for my untimely response. My daughter and new grandson have been at my house since August 15th and it's been really hectic with a new baby in the house!! The slipcovers are really very nice. It was the perfect spruce up until I can buy new furniture. I am going to order another set of slipcovers from your company. I am really pleased with your product. The order made mention in each slipcover that there were rollers to help anchor the covers. I did not receive any with either cover. Are these items that I need to order separately? Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Thank you! I only intended to have one order (obviously). I don’t know what happened and why it went through three times. I’m guessing the bank, or paypal, picked up on that. I found the swatches very helpful in making my choice. It will also come in very handy to take with me when I am making other decorating choices for the room. (paint, draperies, throw pillows). I ordered my slipcovers and was informed they were on backorder, but will be shipped around 10/15. So, with the swatch, I can go ahead and purchase other items for the room.
Once the covers comes, I hope putting them on goes as well as the rest of this process!

I have received order 238102 (cozy suede t-back chair and ottoman slipcovers) and they work great. (A good suggestion from Andrea!)
I no longer need the accompanying box shape seat cover that was on back order. Please delete the seat cover from production.
